Costa Rica vs Mexico live Stream

The two leaders in the CONCACAF qualifying group for the 2018 FIFA World Cup will go head-to-head on Tuesday, as Mexico and Costa Rica battle it out in their Hexagonal matchup. Ticos have been in great shape and although they’ve suffered a disappointing semi-finals loss to the USA in Gold Cup, Oscar Ramirez’s men have now returned the favour and come into this clash bursting with confidence. They’ve been a great home side and dropped just two points there this campaign (goalless draw to Panama in June) and we do feel they can build on the success.

El Tri have already qualified for next year’s tournament and currently lead Costa Rica by three points. The hosts have a six-point gap over the United States and Honduras and can book their ticket to Russia on Tuesday.  Marcos Urena’s double on Friday gave Costa Rica a 2-0 win over the favoured United States side, setting the team up well for the final matches of the Hexagonal. Regardless of the result on Tuesday, the team seems destined to qualify for the World Cup as one of the three automatic qualifiers. Costa Rica welcomes Mexico south for a World Cup qualifier, as Los Ticos look to clinch a spot at Russia 2018.

Mexico have much better overall head-to-head records (22 wins, 12 draws, and just five losses in 39 games) and they’ve beaten their rivals 2-0 in their first clash this campaign. However, they usually have more troubles in Costa Rica and we do feel we’re in for another such occasion here.

Having lost to Costa Rica at home on Friday, Bruce Arena’s team are ahead of the Hondurans only on goal difference in the race for the third automatic qualification berth. Panama, a point behind, are also in the hunt and another slip-up could be hugely damaging if the USA wish to avoid an intercontinental play-off or even being knocked out entirely. Honduras vs. USA predictions for Tuesday’s World Cup Qualifiers clash at Estadio Olímpico Metropolitano. Los Catrachos look to build on their fine home form and hold off the shaken rivals. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips.

Emilio Izaguirre was sent off for Honduras against Trinidad & Tobago, so Maynor Figueroa may have to slide over from centre-back to the left-hand side. United States have had a very solid CONCACAF Gold Cup run and they’ve won the silverware with an exciting 2-1 win over Jamaica, picking up their form and extending the 14-match unbeaten streak. However, returning to their World Cup Qualifiers campaign, they’ve failed to put on similar displays and travel to Honduras for their Matchday 8 clash in an unpredictable spell of form sitting 3rd with just eight points earned in seven games.

Having come off the bench after Izaguirre’s dismissal, Johnny Palacios is most likely to fill in alongside Henry Figueroa in the centre. USA have bagged four wins and a draw in their last five head-to-head encounters against Honduras but all of those occasions were in front of the home fans. Meanwhile, Honduras have beaten the rivals in their last home clash (2-1 back in 2013) and shown as very challenging on some of the more recent occasions, despite suffering a 6-0 loss earlier this year

This Tuesday, September 5, 2017 (11:45 AM Pacific) Liechtenstein will host Spain at the Rheinpark Stadion for a match in the UEFA 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Both teams have had very different campaigns in these qualifiers from one another and the game is set to be a massive mismatch. Liechtenstein has been disastrous in these UEFA World Cup qualifiers. Currently, last in Group G with no points and a goal differential of negative 25. The Principality side is coming off a 2-0 loss against Albania and lost 8-0 the first time it played against Spain away from home in these qualifiers.

While Spain sit top of the group with 19 points from their seven matches, Lichtenstein are yet to get off the mark, having scored only one goal and conceded 26 in losing all seven qualifiers so far. Morata could start after making a goalscoring appearance from the bench on Saturday, while Thiago Alcantara, Pedro and Saul Niguez may also see some minutes after being unused substitutes at the Bernabeu.

Costa Rica vs. Mexico predictions for Wednesday’s World Cup Qualifiers clash at Estadio Nacional de Costa Rica. Ticos look to beat Mexico and catch up with the 5th Round table-toppers. Read on for all our free predictions and betting tips. Mexico could be the biggest challenge yet and they also come into the match motivated to seal the deal and secure the top spot.  We’ll go for a 1-1 correct score prediction which now comes off as the best approach to the market for those keeping faith After a semi-finals exit in Gold Cup (0-1 loss to Jamaica), they’ve managed to bounce back and earn a narrow home win over Panama (1-0) which will surely be enough of a confidence booster.

Yet, despite this, scrutiny will continue to surround the polarizing Colombian who occasionally loves to rotate and experiment with his roster. Keeping in mind that El Tri already has a place secured set for the World Cup, it wouldn’t be a shock to see some changes from Osorio in the upcoming qualifying match against Costa Rica this Tuesday. The hosts will face a stern challenge against El Tri, however. Mexico are still unbeaten in the Hex, and while their attack hasn’t been in vintage form, their defensive record is superb, with just two goals conceded in seven matches.

Most importantly, if Osorio does provide opportunities for some backup players, the clash against Costa Rica will provide much-needed starts for bench options who are still vying for key roles. With a little over nine months to go until Russia 2018, Osorio will soon need to weed out those who won’t make the cut for next summer. With a World Cup ticket already in the bag, Osorio may opt to give his younger players some more minutes, although he’s not expected to shake things up completely.

Brazil visit Colombia in CONMEBOL qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday, safe in the knowledge their place in Russia is guaranteed. The Canarinho secured top spot in the South American group stage after defeating Ecuador 2-0 in Porto Alegre on Thursday. This Tuesday, September 5, 2017 (1:30 PM Pacific) Colombia will host Brazil at the Estadio Metropolitano for a game in the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers. Both teams have been doing fantastic in these CONMEBOL qualifiers and should provide a very enticing affair. It has been one of the continent’s most impressive qualification campaigns in recent memory as Brazil made their way to Russia 2018.

Canarinho have narrowly beaten their rivals 2-1 with a 74’ winner from Neymar in their clash earlier this campaign but three of their last four games played over the past three years have ended with just one goal scored. Brazilians have much better overall records (11 wins, five draws and just one loss in 17 games) but we feel they’ll have a hard time building on it on the day. Brazil is currently the best team in this CONMEBOL region and one of the best international sides in the world. The Green and Yellow are leading the region with 36 points, with a massive goal differential of 27 and have already secured their place in the next World Cup.

Neymar, Philippe Coutinho and Gabriel Jesus have guaranteed the visitors are packed with guile, flair and creativity, and they are going to be difficult to beat if they’re all fit and firing at the forthcoming World Cup. Brazil have been playing with a freedom not seen in many years from the nation, and coach Tite has taken his team back to an elite level.

three matches on manager Dick Advocaat’s watch. Manager Didier Deschamps’ men only find themselves second thanks to goal difference, with Sweden having scored twice more, a gap the hosts will look to close against a leaky Dutch defence. His team could struggle to repel some of the precocious talents in the France squad, including AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.

France boast the firepower to make life miserable for a Netherlands squad with more than a few holes defensively. Advocaat will be without Virgil van Dijk, Nathan Ake, Daryl Janmaat and Jeffrey Bruma, according to Goal’s Oli Platt.
